Seattle, Washington - March 19, 1991 - A roundish, brimmed craft apparently made of a substance resembling straw passes over Interstate 5, its jaunty "ribbon" and carnation-like object flapping. Strangely, though the incident occurred in broad daylight above a busy highway, none of the motorists panicked as one might expect.
